Job Description

Teachers in this position are responsible for delivering engaging, curriculum-aligned lessons. The work involves effective planning, assessment, and classroom practice, alongside collaboration with colleagues to support school priorities. A strong understanding of safeguarding expectations and inclusive teaching approaches is essential.

Plans and delivers engaging curriculum-aligned lessons.
Assesses progress and adapts teaching accordingly.
Creates a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
Works collaboratively with colleagues and leadership.

Desired Experience + Qualifications

  • Experience of working with SEMH and SEND Experience within education or with vulnerable young people 

  • An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service 

  • Driven and caring personality 

  • QTS, and any other relevant qualifications
