Job Description
Teachers in this position are responsible for delivering engaging, curriculum-aligned lessons. The work involves effective planning, assessment, and classroom practice, alongside collaboration with colleagues to support school priorities. A strong understanding of safeguarding expectations and inclusive teaching approaches is essential.
Plans and delivers engaging curriculum-aligned lessons.
Assesses progress and adapts teaching accordingly.

Works collaboratively with colleagues and leadership.
Desired Experience + Qualifications
QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) is essential
Proven experience teaching students with complex Autism and additional needs
Strong skills in behaviour management and providing high levels of support
