Job Description

Teaching Assistants support learning within the classroom under the guidance of the class teacher. Support may include assisting with lesson delivery, providing small group or one-to-one input, and helping to maintain effective classroom routines. Flexibility, initiative, and clear communication are key when supporting pupils of varying abilities.

Provides classroom-based support during lessons.
Delivers small group or individual interventions.
Supports classroom organisation and resources.
Encourages positive behaviour and engagement.

Desired Experience + Qualifications

  • A passion for education and supporting students in their learning journey. 

  • Any relevant teaching + education qualifications

  • Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and staff to enhance the overall learning experience.

  • Previous experience working with children would be an advantage

  • Enhanced DBS check in hand, ready to contribute to a safe and nurturing educational environment.
