Job Description
Teaching Assistants support learning within the classroom under the guidance of the class teacher. Support may include assisting with lesson delivery, providing small group or one-to-one input, and helping to maintain effective classroom routines. Flexibility, initiative, and clear communication are key when supporting pupils of varying abilities.
Provides classroom-based support during lessons.
Delivers small group or individual interventions.
Supports classroom organisation and resources.
Encourages positive behaviour and engagement.
Desired Experience + Qualifications
A passion for education and supporting students in their learning journey.
Any relevant teaching + education qualifications
Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and staff to enhance the overall learning experience.
Previous experience working with children would be an advantage
Enhanced DBS check in hand, ready to contribute to a safe and nurturing educational environment.
