Job Description
Working as part of the teaching team, teachers plan and deliver high-quality learning experiences. The work involves effective planning, assessment, and classroom practice, alongside collaboration with colleagues to support school priorities. A strong understanding of safeguarding expectations and inclusive teaching approaches is essential.
Plans and delivers engaging curriculum-aligned lessons.
Assesses progress and adapts teaching accordingly.
Creates a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
Works collaboratively with colleagues and leadership.
Desired Experience + Qualifications
You'll be perfect for this role if you have previous experience teaching within a secondary school environment. You must also have a QTS and a strong academic background which includes relevant teaching and education qualifications, and also strong IT knowledge. A clean DBS check will be essential for this role .
