Job Description

Teachers in this position are responsible for delivering engaging, curriculum-aligned lessons. The work involves effective planning, assessment, and classroom practice, alongside collaboration with colleagues to support school priorities. A strong understanding of safeguarding expectations and inclusive teaching approaches is essential.

Plans and delivers engaging curriculum-aligned lessons.
Assesses progress and adapts teaching accordingly.
Creates a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
Works collaboratively with colleagues and leadership.

Desired Experience + Qualifications

  • Experience teaching Year 3 and/or Year 4. 

  • Strong behaviour management skills and ability to create a positive learning atmosphere. 

  • Ideally Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). 

  • Patient, empathetic, and committed to supporting young learners. 

  • Ability to work within a team and contribute to the school community.
