Job Description
Teaching Assistants support learning within the classroom under the guidance of the class teacher. Support may include assisting with lesson delivery, providing small group or one-to-one input, and helping to maintain effective classroom routines. Flexibility, initiative, and clear communication are key when supporting pupils of varying abilities.
Provides classroom-based support during lessons.
Delivers small group or individual interventions.
Supports classroom organisation and resources.
Encourages positive behaviour and engagement.
Desired Experience + Qualifications
Education or Teaching Qualifications: A strong foundation to support the academic journey of upper primary students.
Enhanced DBS Check: Ensuring a safe and secure learning environment for students and staff alike.
Previous Classroom Experience: Ready to bring valuable insights and proactive assistance to the learning environment.
