Job Description
Teachers in this position are responsible for delivering engaging, curriculum-aligned lessons. The work involves effective planning, assessment, and classroom practice, alongside collaboration with colleagues to support school priorities. A strong understanding of safeguarding expectations and inclusive teaching approaches is essential.
Plans and delivers engaging curriculum-aligned lessons.
Assesses progress and adapts teaching accordingly.
Creates a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
Works collaboratively with colleagues and leadership.
Desired Experience + Qualifications
An enhanced DBS check is mandatory for the safety and security of our students. For this role, you will need either a QTS, QTLS or PGCE, OR you may be unqualified but MUST have experience working within a secondary school.
A 1st or 2:1 degree is also desirable.
Previous teaching observations graded either 'good' or 'outstanding' would also be ideal.
A passion for IT and computing is a MUST.
