Job Description
Working as part of the teaching team, teachers plan and deliver high-quality learning experiences. The work involves effective planning, assessment, and classroom practice, alongside collaboration with colleagues to support school priorities. A strong understanding of safeguarding expectations and inclusive teaching approaches is essential.
Plans and delivers engaging curriculum-aligned lessons.
Assesses progress and adapts teaching accordingly.
Creates a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
Works collaboratively with colleagues and leadership.
Desired Experience + Qualifications
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent for EYFS
Solid experience working in Early Years settings
Excellent communication skills and strong understanding of child development
Committed to inclusion and creating a supportive learning environment
Enthusiastic, reflective and eager to drive professional growth
