Job Description

Working as part of the teaching team, teachers plan and deliver high-quality learning experiences. The work involves effective planning, assessment, and classroom practice, alongside collaboration with colleagues to support school priorities. A strong understanding of safeguarding expectations and inclusive teaching approaches is essential.

Plans and delivers engaging curriculum-aligned lessons.
Assesses progress and adapts teaching accordingly.
Creates a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
Works collaboratively with colleagues and leadership.

Desired Experience + Qualifications

  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in design and technology, with expertise in areas such as product design, graphics, textiles, or resistant materials. 

  • You'll have experience teaching design and technology to students of different ages, fostering their creativity, technical skills, and understanding of design principles. 

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent is required.
