Job Description
Working as part of the teaching team, teachers plan and deliver high-quality learning experiences. The work involves effective planning, assessment, and classroom practice, alongside collaboration with colleagues to support school priorities. A strong understanding of safeguarding expectations and inclusive teaching approaches is essential.
Plans and delivers engaging curriculum-aligned lessons.
Assesses progress and adapts teaching accordingly.
Creates a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
Works collaboratively with colleagues and leadership.
Desired Experience + Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in design and technology, with expertise in areas such as product design, graphics, textiles, or resistant materials.
You'll have experience teaching design and technology to students of different ages, fostering their creativity, technical skills, and understanding of design principles.
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent is required.
