Job Description

Across the school day, staff in this role help maintain routines and professional standards. Collaboration with school staff is central to ensuring pupils are supported, expectations are clear, and safeguarding standards are upheld. Reliability, adaptability, and professionalism are essential.

Supports daily school routines and operations.
Works collaboratively with staff and pupils.
Maintains professional and safeguarding standards.
Adapts to the needs of the school environment.

Desired Experience + Qualifications

  • GCSEs (Grade C/4 or above) in English and Maths. 

  • Experience in behaviour support or youth mentoring preferred. 

  • DBS check mandatory. 

  • Training in behaviour management (e.g., Team Teach) or SEND advantageous. 

  • Resilience and interpersonal skills.
