Job Description
Working as part of the teaching team, teachers plan and deliver high-quality learning experiences. The work involves effective planning, assessment, and classroom practice, alongside collaboration with colleagues to support school priorities. A strong understanding of safeguarding expectations and inclusive teaching approaches is essential.
Plans and delivers engaging curriculum-aligned lessons.
Assesses progress and adapts teaching accordingly.
Creates a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
Works collaboratively with colleagues and leadership.
Desired Experience + Qualifications
The school is interested in meeting Teachers who are passionate about Psychology, with enough experience under their belt that they can inspire KS4/KS5 students to dig deep and thrive in this complex and fascinating subject. Experienced teachers and ECTs are all welcome to apply - what we're looking for here, is someone who can inject life, passion and enthusiasm into their lessons. You will need a QTS + A clean DBS.
