Job Description
Working closely with pupils and staff, Teaching Assistants help maintain engagement and progress. Support may include assisting with lesson delivery, providing small group or one-to-one input, and helping to maintain effective classroom routines. Flexibility, initiative, and clear communication are key when supporting pupils of varying abilities.
Provides classroom-based support during lessons.
Delivers small group or individual interventions.
Supports classroom organisation and resources.
Encourages positive behaviour and engagement.

Experience supporting children in any educational youth community or pastoral setting to build warm professional relationships with pupils who find school challenging
Strong communication and calm problem solving under pressure
