Job Description
Focused on pupil progress and development, teachers create inclusive and supportive classrooms. The work involves effective planning, assessment, and classroom practice, alongside collaboration with colleagues to support school priorities. A strong understanding of safeguarding expectations and inclusive teaching approaches is essential.
Plans and delivers engaging curriculum-aligned lessons.
Assesses progress and adapts teaching accordingly.
Creates a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
Works collaboratively with colleagues and leadership.
Desired Experience + Qualifications
QTS with Early Years specialism (e.g. PGCE Early Years)
Degree in early childhood education or a related field DBS check required
Experience in nursery or reception settings preferred
Strong knowledge of EYFS framework and safeguarding practices
