Job Description
Working as part of the teaching team, teachers plan and deliver high-quality learning experiences. The work involves effective planning, assessment, and classroom practice, alongside collaboration with colleagues to support school priorities. A strong understanding of safeguarding expectations and inclusive teaching approaches is essential.
Plans and delivers engaging curriculum-aligned lessons.
Assesses progress and adapts teaching accordingly.
Creates a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
Works collaboratively with colleagues and leadership.
Desired Experience + Qualifications
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
UK secondary teaching experience (ECTs welcome)
Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
Ability to plan, deliver and assess across the relevant key stages
Commitment to safeguarding, inclusion and professional growth
