Job Description

Focused on pupil progress and development, teachers create inclusive and supportive classrooms. The work involves effective planning, assessment, and classroom practice, alongside collaboration with colleagues to support school priorities. A strong understanding of safeguarding expectations and inclusive teaching approaches is essential.

Plans and delivers engaging curriculum-aligned lessons.
Assesses progress and adapts teaching accordingly.
Creates a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
Works collaboratively with colleagues and leadership.

Desired Experience + Qualifications

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with Art as your specialism 

  • Passion for visual arts and creative teaching methods 

  • Strong subject knowledge and classroom presence 

  • Ability to build confidence and inspire artistic exploration in students
