Job Description
Working within a school environment, staff in this position support daily routines and pupil needs. Collaboration with school staff is central to ensuring pupils are supported, expectations are clear, and safeguarding standards are upheld. Reliability, adaptability, and professionalism are essential.

Desired Experience + Qualifications
Previous experience supporting children with SEMH or SEND needs preferred
A calm and confident approach to behaviour management
Understanding of restorative practices or nurture-based approaches
