Job Description

Across the school day, staff in this role help maintain routines and professional standards. Collaboration with school staff is central to ensuring pupils are supported, expectations are clear, and safeguarding standards are upheld. Reliability, adaptability, and professionalism are essential.

Supports daily school routines and operations.
Works collaboratively with staff and pupils.
Maintains professional and safeguarding standards.
Adapts to the needs of the school environment.

Desired Experience + Qualifications

  • Experience working in a busy HR environment, ideally within education 

  • A solid understanding of employment law and best practices 

  • Previous experience managing HR functions, including employee relations and change management 

  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines under pressure 

  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to maintain confidentiality
