Job Description

Teaching Assistants support learning within the classroom under the guidance of the class teacher. Support may include assisting with lesson delivery, providing small group or one-to-one input, and helping to maintain effective classroom routines. Flexibility, initiative, and clear communication are key when supporting pupils of varying abilities.

Provides classroom-based support during lessons.
Delivers small group or individual interventions.
Supports classroom organisation and resources.
Encourages positive behaviour and engagement.

  • Credentials for Success: Education or Teaching 

  • Qualifications: Your foundation for excellence in supporting young learners' educational journey. 

  • Enhanced DBS Check: Ensuring a secure learning environment for both students and staff. 

  • Previous Classroom Experience: Ready to hit the ground running, bringing valuable insights and a proactive approach.
