Job Description
Working within a school environment, staff in this position support daily routines and pupil needs. Collaboration with school staff is central to ensuring pupils are supported, expectations are clear, and safeguarding standards are upheld. Reliability, adaptability, and professionalism are essential.

Desired Experience + Qualifications
Experience with children, ideally with behavioural needs (e.g., mentoring, care work).
DBS check required.
Training in behaviour management or SEN (e.g., Team Teach, CACHE Level 3) preferred.
Empathy, patience, and problem-solving skills.
