Job Description
Working as part of the teaching team, teachers plan and deliver high-quality learning experiences. The work involves effective planning, assessment, and classroom practice, alongside collaboration with colleagues to support school priorities. A strong understanding of safeguarding expectations and inclusive teaching approaches is essential.
Plans and delivers engaging curriculum-aligned lessons.
Assesses progress and adapts teaching accordingly.
Creates a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
Works collaboratively with colleagues and leadership.
Desired Experience + Qualifications
UK QTS or equivalent in your subject area
Open to ECTs and experienced teachers alike
Flexible, adaptable, and confident in behaviour management
A sound understanding of safeguarding and current educational practices
Experience working with or supporting SEND and SEMH pupils
