Job Description

Focused on pupil progress and development, teachers create inclusive and supportive classrooms. The work involves effective planning, assessment, and classroom practice, alongside collaboration with colleagues to support school priorities. A strong understanding of safeguarding expectations and inclusive teaching approaches is essential.

Plans and delivers engaging curriculum-aligned lessons.
Assesses progress and adapts teaching accordingly.
Creates a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
Works collaboratively with colleagues and leadership.

Desired Experience + Qualifications

  • Hold QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) with experience in primary education. 

  • Proven ability to create an engaging and inclusive learning environment for primary students. 

  • Enhanced DBS check in hand, ready to embark on this educational journey with Year 4.
