Job Description

Teachers in this position are responsible for delivering engaging, curriculum-aligned lessons. The work involves effective planning, assessment, and classroom practice, alongside collaboration with colleagues to support school priorities. A strong understanding of safeguarding expectations and inclusive teaching approaches is essential.

Plans and delivers engaging curriculum-aligned lessons.
Assesses progress and adapts teaching accordingly.
Creates a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
Works collaboratively with colleagues and leadership.

Desired Experience + Qualifications

  • In order to be successful in securing this position, you must possess QTS or QTLS and have experience teaching Music within a Secondary School or College. 

  • ECT’s with Music placement experience will be considered. 

  • You will possess excellent behaviour management skills. 

  • You'll be eager to collaborate with others, exchange ideas, and demonstrate best practises. 

  • You will be available to start ASAP and continue a long-term basis.
