Job Description
Focused on pupil progress and development, teachers create inclusive and supportive classrooms. The work involves effective planning, assessment, and classroom practice, alongside collaboration with colleagues to support school priorities. A strong understanding of safeguarding expectations and inclusive teaching approaches is essential.
Plans and delivers engaging curriculum-aligned lessons.
Assesses progress and adapts teaching accordingly.
Creates a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
Works collaboratively with colleagues and leadership.
Desired Experience + Qualifications
A degree in Teaching or Education or another related field, Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is desirable. You must have experience working with children who have SEND. If you have an excellent track record of classroom and behaviour management skills, this will be a huge advantage. A Clean DBS check will also be a requirement.
