Job Description
Teachers in this position are responsible for delivering engaging, curriculum-aligned lessons. The work involves effective planning, assessment, and classroom practice, alongside collaboration with colleagues to support school priorities. A strong understanding of safeguarding expectations and inclusive teaching approaches is essential.
Plans and delivers engaging curriculum-aligned lessons.
Assesses progress and adapts teaching accordingly.
Creates a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
Works collaboratively with colleagues and leadership.
Desired Experience + Qualifications
Enhanced DBS certificate.
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching/education qualifications.
Experience within a primary school setting, with a passion for early childhood education.
Commitment to creating an environment where every child can succeed.
About the School
Our partnered school is a primary school for mixed pupils aged 3 to 11 in Oxford. It has 302 students and a student-teacher ratio of 15:1.
