Job Description
Teachers in this position are responsible for delivering engaging, curriculum-aligned lessons. The work involves effective planning, assessment, and classroom practice, alongside collaboration with colleagues to support school priorities. A strong understanding of safeguarding expectations and inclusive teaching approaches is essential.

Desired Experience + Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need a Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), an enhanced DBS check, and previous primary classroom experience demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of the KS2 curriculum. We seek candidates who build rapport with students, have strong behaviour management skills, and a commitment to achieving academic excellence.
About the School
Our partnered school is a mainstream, independently funded junior and senior school for mixed pupils in Solihull. It has about 200 pupils aged 4 to 11, from diverse ethnic and religious backgrounds.
The school has been rated as ‘outstanding’ by Ofsted in its latest inspection, which took place in April 2022. The report stated that "pupils behave exceptionally well in lessons and around the school. They are polite, courteous and helpful to each other and to adults. They show pride in their work and their school."
