Job Description
Teaching Assistants support learning within the classroom under the guidance of the class teacher. Support may include assisting with lesson delivery, providing small group or one-to-one input, and helping to maintain effective classroom routines. Flexibility, initiative, and clear communication are key when supporting pupils of varying abilities.
Provides classroom-based support during lessons.
Delivers small group or individual interventions.
Supports classroom organisation and resources.
Encourages positive behaviour and engagement.
Desired Experience + Qualifications
Enhanced DBS certificate.
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching/education qualifications.
Previous experience within a school setting, particularly providing 1:1 support.
Passion for creating an environment where every child's unique needs are met.

Our partnered school is a voluntary aided Church of England primary school for pupils aged 4 to 11 and has a resourced provision for pupils with special educational needs and/or disabilities.
