Job Description
Working closely with pupils and staff, Teaching Assistants help maintain engagement and progress. Support may include assisting with lesson delivery, providing small group or one-to-one input, and helping to maintain effective classroom routines. Flexibility, initiative, and clear communication are key when supporting pupils of varying abilities.
Provides classroom-based support during lessons.
Delivers small group or individual interventions.
Supports classroom organisation and resources.
Encourages positive behaviour and engagement.
Desired Experience + Qualifications
The ideal candidate within this role will have a proven track record of improving schools, raising achievement and leading change. You will also need to have extraordinary communication skills, and be a motivational and inspiring leader. A Clean DBS check will also be a strict requirement for this role.
