Job Description

Working as part of the teaching team, teachers plan and deliver high-quality learning experiences. The work involves effective planning, assessment, and classroom practice, alongside collaboration with colleagues to support school priorities. A strong understanding of safeguarding expectations and inclusive teaching approaches is essential.

Plans and delivers engaging curriculum-aligned lessons.
Assesses progress and adapts teaching accordingly.
Creates a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
Works collaboratively with colleagues and leadership.

Desired Experience + Qualifications

  • You don't need a QTS, but it would be an advantage 

  • Teaching + Educationq ualifications would also be an advantage 

  • Experience with SEMH + SEND would be a essential

  • Excellent track record of classroom and behaviour management skills 

  • A Clean DBS check will also be a requirement
