Job Description

Working as part of the teaching team, teachers plan and deliver high-quality learning experiences. The work involves effective planning, assessment, and classroom practice, alongside collaboration with colleagues to support school priorities. A strong understanding of safeguarding expectations and inclusive teaching approaches is essential.

Plans and delivers engaging curriculum-aligned lessons.
Assesses progress and adapts teaching accordingly.
Creates a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
Works collaboratively with colleagues and leadership.

Desired Experience + Qualifications

A suitable individual for this role will hold a degree in psychology or a similar field, and will also need a QTS. If you have the ability to teach children and young adults within KS3-5, this may be an ideal role for you. You will need to be able to keep the interest of students and be able to explain complex ideas with clarity.
