Job Description

Working within a school environment, staff in this position support daily routines and pupil needs. Collaboration with school staff is central to ensuring pupils are supported, expectations are clear, and safeguarding standards are upheld. Reliability, adaptability, and professionalism are essential.

Desired Experience + Qualifications

  • Experience with KS3/KS4 pupils in education, care or youth settings 

  • Confident de-escalating and building rapport quickly 

  • Ability to stay firm, calm and respectful under pressure 

  • Willing to follow behaviour plans and share feedback
