Job Description
Working within a school environment, staff in this position support daily routines and pupil needs. Experience with KS3/KS4 pupils in education, care or youth settings
Confident de-escalating and building rapport quickly
Ability to stay firm, calm and respectful under pressure
Willing to follow behaviour plans and share feedback
