Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic and adaptable primary school teacher to join a thriving school in the B31 area. Whether you're an EYFS, KS1, or KS2 specialist, this is a fantastic opportunity to deliver engaging lessons, support student development, and create a positive learning environment. The role is available as a temporary, permanent, or daily supply position, offering flexibility based on your career goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the primary national curriculum
Use phonics strategies to support early reading development
Foster a positive classroom environment, ensuring all pupils feel supported and valued
Implement strong behaviour management techniques to maintain an inclusive and structured setting
Assess student progress and adapt teaching strategies to meet diverse learning needs
Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and support staff to enhance student outcomes
Desired Experience
+ Qualifications
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Experience teaching in EYFS, KS1, or KS2
A strong understanding of the primary school curriculum
Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to create engaging and structured learning experiences
Previous experience in a similar teaching role
