Job Description

We are searching for a passionate and knowledgeable RE (Religious Education) Teacher to join our esteemed partnered school. As an RE Teacher, you will facilitate meaningful discussions and engage students in exploring diverse religious and philosophical perspectives. Your role will involve designing thought-provoking lessons that encourage critical thinking, ethical understanding, and respect for different beliefs. By nurturing students' spiritual and moral development, you will contribute to their holistic growth and instill values of tolerance, empathy, and open-mindedness.

We are searching for an RE (Religious Education) Teacher who holds a degree in Religious Studies, Theology, or a related field and possesses Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent certification. The ideal candidate will have experience teaching RE, preferably at GCSE and A level. They will demonstrate in-depth knowledge of major world religions, ethics, and philosophical principles. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential to facilitate sensitive discussions and foster an inclusive learning environment. The ability to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment is crucial in helping students explore diverse religious perspectives and develop a deep understanding of spirituality and moral values.

All roles are paid in line with Teachers Pay and Conditions, or are matched with each school’s salary guidelines for the role you undertake. We'll always negotiate the best possible pay rates that reflect your hard work, experience and qualifications.
