Rated Good by Ofsted (March 2025), this welcoming and inclusive school is praised for its strong community values and positive learning environment. Its ethos—“As a family we achieve”—underpins a culture where every child is supported to thrive both personally and academically.

The school offers specialist support through The Bridge, a dedicated provision for pupils with EHCPs, particularly those with communication and interaction needs. Staff are highly skilled in identifying learning gaps and tailoring teaching to ensure every pupil makes meaningful progress, especially in English and maths.

What sets this school apart is its commitment to nurturing the whole child—offering a rich extra-curricular programme, including forest school and coding club, to inspire confidence and curiosity beyond the classroom.

What do I need?

  • Eligibility to work in the UK.

  • A DBS (and Overseas Police Check if you’ve recently lived outside the UK for more than 6 months).

  • Education-based referee details - we’ll apply for the references!

That’s it! Our process is simple, and our consultants will advise on how to fast track your checks so you can start working ASAP.

Equal Opportunities Employer

Milestone Education is a committed Equal Opportunities Employer and will not discriminate on the grounds of age, gender, race, ethnicity, disability, or sexual orientation.

Successful applicants will be required to undergo an enhanced DBS check via the Disclosure and Barring Service. Our HR and Safeguarding team will be there to support you throughout the process.

But, I don’t want to register with a supply agency, why should I sign up with Milestone?

We get it. Supply agencies can’t always deliver exactly what you’re looking for, but that’s where we’re different…

We’re an education platform service who partner with schools and MATs to support their recruitment, training and wellbeing needs. It’s in our interest to secure you a role you’ll love, in a setting you’ll want to stay in, with a view to progressing your career. If that’s what you want!

Our HR and Safeguarding team consistently go the extra mile to complete your checks as quickly as possible - at no cost to you. To put so much hard work and valuable time into completing these checks and then NOT deliver the opportunities you are looking for…? Well, we’d go out of business pretty quickly!

How much does it cost and how much will I be paid?

Our services to you are completely free.

Costs will only incur if you require a new DBS or OSPC, but don't worry - we can still put you forward for interviews while the applications in process, so you won't miss out on all the exciting opportunities!

All roles are paid in line with Teachers Pay and Conditions, or are matched with each school’s salary guidelines for the role you undertake. We'll always negotiate the best possible pay rates that reflect your hard work, experience and qualifications.
