Job Description
A primary school in Warwickshire is seeking a dedicated SEND Teaching Assistant to provide classroom and targeted support to pupils with additional needs. This role is ideal for someone with strong SEND and classroom experience who can confidently support learning, behaviour, and emotional development within a structured environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with SEND
Assist with differentiated learning activities
Support emotional regulation and positive behaviour strategies
Work collaboratively with class teachers and the SENDCo
Promote independence and engagement in learning
Desired Experience + Qualifications
Previous SEND experience in a school setting
Strong classroom experience
Patient, proactive, and adaptable approach
Good communication and teamwork skills
DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one
