Job Description
You will support children across the Early Years setting through structured play. communication activities. and early literacy and numeracy development. You will assist with small group learning. reinforce daily routines. and help maintain a calm and engaging classroom environment that encourages curiosity and independence.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Support play-based learning and early development activities.
Assist with phonics. language. and early numeracy sessions.
Reinforce routines and positive social behaviour.
Prepare classroom resources and support learning activities.
Desired Experience + Qualifications
Experience working with Early Years or nursery-aged children.
Warm communication style and patient approach.
Ability to support structured play and early learning.
Strong safeguarding awareness and teamwork approach.
