Job Description
We’re looking for a committed and proactive Teaching Assistant to join a friendly primary school in Willenhall. You will work closely with teachers and SEN staff to support pupils in the classroom and in small groups, focusing on both academic and emotional development.
Provide in-class and 1:1 support across Key Stages 1 and 2
Support children with additional needs or EHCPs
Foster a safe, positive, and engaging learning environment
Assist with classroom preparation and behaviour management
Desired Experience + Qualifications
Experience working in a primary or SEND setting
Confident supporting a range of pupil needs
Empathetic, reliable, and a strong communicator
DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply
