Job Description
You’ll lead safeguarding procedures across the school, ensuring policies are implemented effectively and concerns are managed appropriately. You’ll work closely with senior leaders, pastoral teams, families, and external agencies to maintain a safe, supportive environment for every pupil.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead safeguarding processes and policy implementation.
Manage safeguarding concerns and maintain accurate records.
Support staff through safeguarding guidance and training.
Liaise with external agencies and safeguarding partners.
Desired Experience + Qualifications
Experience leading safeguarding within an education setting.
Excellent knowledge of safeguarding legislation and procedures.
Strong communication and decision-making skills.
Ability to manage sensitive information professionally.
