Job Description

A secondary school in Warwickshire is seeking a motivated Geography Teacher to deliver engaging lessons across the humanities curriculum. The school is looking for a teacher with strong behaviour management who can build positive relationships with students and maintain a structured, engaging learning environment. Early Career Teachers (ECTs) are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver engaging Geography lessons across KS3 and KS4
Plan and assess learning in line with the national curriculum
Maintain strong classroom routines and behaviour expectations
Encourage curiosity about global issues and geographical processes
Contribute positively to the wider humanities department

Desired Experience + Qualifications

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

  • Strong behaviour management skills

  • Ability to build positive relationships with pupils

  • Confident teaching Geography at secondary level

  • DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one
