Job Description
We are seeking a committed and compassionate SEND Teaching Assistant to join a specialist school in Worcester. You will support learners on a one-to-one and small group basis, helping them access learning and develop their social and emotional skills.
Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with SEND.
Assist in delivering tailored learning activities and classroom routines.
Encourage positive behaviour, communication, and social development.
Work closely with teaching staff to implement individualised learning strategies.
Maintain a calm, structured, and inclusive learning environment.
Desired Experience + Qualifications
Experience working with children with SEND — essential.
Patient, adaptable, and nurturing approach.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
