Job Description
Working as part of the teaching team, teachers plan and deliver high-quality learning experiences. The work involves effective planning, assessment, and classroom practice, alongside collaboration with colleagues to support school priorities. A strong understanding of safeguarding expectations and inclusive teaching approaches is essential.
Plans and delivers engaging curriculum-aligned lessons.
Assesses progress and adapts teaching accordingly.
Creates a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
Works collaboratively with colleagues and leadership.
Desired Experience + Qualifications
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – A must for this role.
Key Stage 2 teaching experience – You’ll have a track record of success in the KS2 classroom, with a particular understanding of Year 4.
A passion for education and a flair for bringing learning to life.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents alike.
A commitment to creating an inclusive classroom where every child feels valued and supported.
