Job Description
A secondary school in Coventry is seeking a passionate and qualified PE Teacher to join their team on a permanent basis. This role is ideal for an enthusiastic practitioner who can deliver engaging PE lessons, promote healthy lifestyles, and build strong, positive relationships with students and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality PE lessons across KS3 and KS4
Plan and assess in line with the national curriculum
Promote participation, teamwork, and sportsmanship
Maintain strong classroom and behaviour management
Contribute to extracurricular sports activities where possible
Desired Experience + Qualifications
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Experience teaching PE at secondary level
Strong behaviour management and communication skills
Enthusiastic, forward-thinking approach
DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one
