Job Description

Focused on pupil progress and development, teachers create inclusive and supportive classrooms. The work involves effective planning, assessment, and classroom practice, alongside collaboration with colleagues to support school priorities. A strong understanding of safeguarding expectations and inclusive teaching approaches is essential.

Plans and delivers engaging curriculum-aligned lessons.
Assesses progress and adapts teaching accordingly.
Creates a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
Works collaboratively with colleagues and leadership.

Desired Experience + Qualifications

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

  • Experience teaching in a primary setting (ideally KS2) 

  • Familiarity with SEMH approaches or a willingness to develop in this area 

  • Excellent classroom management and a proactive attitude
