Job Description
A welcoming primary school in Birmingham is seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to support children across EYFS, KS1, or KS2. This is a great opportunity for someone with a passion for education to step into a long-term support role and help pupils flourish both academically and emotionally.
Provide 1:1 and group support to pupils with varying needs
Assist with daily classroom activities and behaviour management
Support learning plans under the guidance of the class teacher
Help maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment
Desired Experience + Qualifications
Previous experience working in a school setting
Positive, flexible, and committed attitude
Willingness to engage with children of all learning levels
DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply
