Job Description
A school in Warwickshire is seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEND Teacher to support pupils with additional learning needs. This role is ideal for an adaptable practitioner who can create engaging learning experiences while delivering personalised support that enables every pupil to make progress.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver engaging lessons tailored to individual learning needs
Adapt teaching approaches to support a range of SEND requirements
Develop and implement strategies to promote pupil engagement
Work collaboratively with Teaching Assistants, SEND teams, and families
Create an inclusive, supportive, and structured classroom environment
Monitor pupil progress and contribute to personalised support plans
Desired Experience + Qualifications
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Previous experience supporting pupils with SEND needs desirable
Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
Understanding of differentiated teaching strategies
Patient, resilient, and nurturing approach
DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one
