Job Description
A school in Worcestershire is seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEND Teaching Assistant to support pupils with a range of additional needs. This role is ideal for someone with experience in education or care who can provide consistent classroom support and build positive, trusting relationships with learners.
Key Responsibilities
Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with SEND
Assist with differentiated learning activities
Support emotional regulation and behaviour strategies
Work closely with teachers and the SENDCo
Promote independence and engagement in learning
Desired Experience + Qualifications
Experience supporting individuals with SEND (education or care setting)
Patient, resilient, and adaptable approach
Strong communication and teamwork skills
DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one
