Job Description

You’ll support pupils with social, emotional, and mental health needs through structured routines, classroom support, and 1:1 guidance. You’ll help pupils regulate emotions, stay engaged in learning, and build positive relationships. Working alongside teachers and pastoral teams, you’ll support strategies that improve behaviour, confidence, and participation.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide 1:1 and small-group SEMH support.
Support emotional regulation and behaviour routines.
Reinforce structured learning and engagement strategies.
Communicate progress with teaching and pastoral teams.

Desired Experience + Qualifications

  • Experience supporting SEMH or behaviour needs in schools.

  • Calm communication and strong relationship-building skills.

  • Ability to guide pupils through structured routines.

  • Strong safeguarding awareness and teamwork approach.
