Job Description
You’ll support pupils across Key Stage 1, helping them stay engaged with lessons and develop confidence in early literacy and numeracy. You’ll work with small groups and individuals, reinforce routines, and assist the teacher in delivering structured learning activities.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Support KS1 pupils during lessons and activities.
Deliver small-group literacy and numeracy support.
Reinforce classroom routines and expectations.
Assist with preparation of learning materials.
Desired Experience + Qualifications
Experience supporting pupils in primary education.
Strong communication and nurturing approach.
Ability to support early learning development.
Strong safeguarding awareness and teamwork approach.
