Job Description

Focused on pupil progress and development, teachers create inclusive and supportive classrooms. The work involves effective planning, assessment, and classroom practice, alongside collaboration with colleagues to support school priorities. A strong understanding of safeguarding expectations and inclusive teaching approaches is essential.

Plans and delivers engaging curriculum-aligned lessons.
Assesses progress and adapts teaching accordingly.
Creates a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
Works collaboratively with colleagues and leadership.

Desired Experience + Qualifications

  • Proven classroom experience teaching Business (KS3 to KS5) 

  • Strong subject‑specialism in Business and Economics 

  • Excellent lesson‑planning, assessment and communication skills 

  • Ability to engage a diverse student body and manage a dynamic classroom
