Job Description
You’ll support pupils with additional needs through structured classroom activities, 1:1 guidance, and small-group sessions. You’ll reinforce routines, support communication strategies, and help pupils remain engaged with learning throughout the school day.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide 1:1 and small-group SEND support.
Reinforce personalised learning strategies and routines.
Support communication and engagement during lessons.
Share progress with teaching and SEND teams.

Experience supporting pupils with SEND or additional needs.
