Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated KS1 Teacher to join a school in Oxfordshire The successful candidate will deliver engaging lessons, use high‑quality differentiation to support pupils with SEND, and help every child achieve their potential.
Plan and teach inspiring KS1 lessons tailored to a range of needs.
Differentiate learning effectively to support pupils with SEND.
Monitor and assess pupil progress, providing feedback to promote achievement.
Establish positive relationships with pupils, promoting a supportive learning environment.
Work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute to school life.
Desired Experience + Qualifications
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) — desirable.
Experience teaching KS1 — essential.
Experience supporting pupils with SEND within the classroom — desirable.
Strong communication and classroom management skills.
Passionate about inclusion and pupil wellbeing.
